Congratulations on the (contemplated) nuptials. The insurance and the SSD ramifications are valid considerations, waiting until you are "both financially stable," however, is silly.
Also, congratulations on embracing your disability, your uniqueness and your own identity. If a "cure" could exist to relive your suffering, I'd be ecstatic, but I'm glad you are comfortable with who are.
I'm somewhat saddened to think of Barbie as a "role model," when there are any number of strong, smart, influential and real women for girls to admire and aspire to emulate; but still . . . a good cause nonetheless.

Yay, babies make me happy!!!!!! My brother and his wife are having their first baby and I am going to be an aunt in about 8 weeks I am so excited for them and can hardly wait!!!!! They are having a boy, but they are keeping the name a secret from everyone. I have lots of girl names I like Ava, Clarity, Serenity, Autumn, Willow, Grace, Rose...I hope that I have a girl some day and I want to name her Autumn Rose!!!!
