i don't hate coyotes, i hate my neighbors.
be responsible, people. my neighbor lost 5 cats. i panic everytime i hear a feline sound at night, and i run around on the street in my pajamas until i find my kitty. i am home every day at 8 to put her in for the night and i have to hope that there isn't a window open for her to slink out of.
so they can't take the coyotes out and put them somewhere else. and they can't poison or trap them. if my fucking neighbors would stop feeding them and sweet-talking them, maybe they would stop having millions of coyote babies. but i'm sure with cat lady next door with the damn barking dog hthere are probably food dishes outside, and a kitty buffet with all the little guys running around after dark. cmon lady. five cats? that's a sign you should start looking out for them.
i see and hear them all the time, and i wonder why she lets them run around like that.
goddammit folks! wild animals are not your friends! being kind to wild animals is the same as strangling them and your pets and your neighbors pets with your own bare hands.
oh i hate everything. in the high desert you have no fleas to irritate, but the ticks are everywhere and you have to worry about lymes disease (sp?). coyotes kill cats but there are a million bunnies for them to feed on.
