I just found out that my neighbor died. He'd been in mexico for the last 5 weeks, and somehow or other, he died. We don't know the details yet, but his family just left town, taking the first flight to Mexico. Damn...

I just remembered why it was an MP3 player I wanted...
it's the whole multi-tasking thing... can use it as a flash-drive if I need to (and just how many flash-drives does a girl need, you ask?); it has a radio tuner, should Gold's ever fix their TV FM receivers... a voice recorder for those fleeting thoughts of mine.
