Tonight, it's Smashmouth! I saw them last month in SF, and I can't wait to see them again. These guys put on a good, fun show. You can't ask for more than that, can you?
Whatever happened to Julianna Hatfield? She made some great music in the early 90's, and then just faded away. Maybe that's best, considering the way Liz Phair so happily sold out, but still...
And what about Boyz II Men? With the boy band / pop craze we've got these days, you'd think they could come back and rule the world.

I picked up a camera for Ozzfest. They don't allow regular OR digital cameras in the Shoreline, but 1-use cams are OK. So, I picked up one that comes with a free CD of digital pictures. That means I got to post my Ozzfest pics the day after the show. And I'll tell ya, a good metal show is a great place for exposed boobies. Let's hope I get some good ones!

Smashmouth was AWESOME!!! God, i had fun. For a top-selling act to do a 90 minute set at a county fair is a great thing. We all know how fun their music is, and they did not dissapoint tonight.
The only bad thing? Idiot and his bad knee decided to say 'fuck it' and bounce around in the pit like a madman. I had a blast, but I'll b paying for it tomorrow...

what do you think of the russian river brewery downtown for our first - i've been wanting to go for a while and it'd be a good excuse.
i'm swamped with work this week, this weekend and next week, so any dates after that as a start for our wacky endeavor?
