Won't be sure until I see my doc, but it looks like the increased pain in my knee (3 operations & 2 procedures, for those who don't know) is arthritis. The probs with my knee match the description, and would explain the cold-related swelling and pain.

getting old sucks.

Ask about Glucosamine. I can't remember exactly what it does... I know it helps with joints. That is my biggest concern. I still have a lot of pain in my upper back and neck after a car accident that happened years ago. I know that I need to move it but, sometimes it hurts so bad.

I hope you can find something that works!
