Over the last 30+ years, my neighbor Norma has terrorized the neighborhood. She's an evil, hateful woman.

On the 4th of July, she'll turn on every light in and around the house, to ruin our fireworks.

Halloween, she'll have the lights on to invite kids up, and won't answer the door when they knock.

If a kid kicks or hits a ball into her yard, she destroys it and then gives the ruined ball back to the kid.

Another neighbor was putting in a new fence a few years ago, enlarging her back yard by about 20%. 3/4 finished, thousands of dollars spent, an 'anonymous' call comes in to the whatever commission, complaining about the new fence, saying that her view was blocked. Norma gladly admitted she did it.

She keeps a Nixon-esque enemies list, for chrissake!

Everything she does, tho, is perfectly legal. Horribly evil, but within the law.

Including getting a cat trap, baiting it, luring my cat onto her yard in order to capture it and bring it to the pound.

Cost me $94 to get my Frey D Cat out of kitty jail.

Vengeance SHALL be had!
