Went and saw Clerks 2.

Absolutely loved it! Awesme movie. As funny as anything else Smith has done, but with more to it. This one had the heart, the romantic story that Jersey Girl tought Kevin to do. What I didn't realize was just how much I'd relate to Randal. The speech he gave Dante near the end of the movie? Damn, that could be me.

I think that, more than anything else, sums up why I like Kevin Smith's movies so much - I can relate. These are characters my age, who've been thru many of the same things I have. Star Wars, comics, girls, donkey shows... These are things that my friends and I regularly talk about.
