Good God, it's been crazy at work. Tech support for a mortgage company's online system. Normally, I'll get 30 to 40 people calling me a day. The last couple of weeks, I've been hitting the high 70s to the low 90s. Almost triple the usual rate of people calling in.

Sometimes I handle calls that are sort of similar to a tech support. Nobody can read directions so they call us and ask how to submit material even though it's very simple and displayed everywhere!
