2 day swim meet in baltimore.

er rocked the pool. about time.

yesterday kinda sucked, the 50 fly was alright (47.42), the 100 breaststroke, although not a bad time for me, (1:31.56) felt like shiiiiiiiit. maybe cause i only warmed up with 700 yds or so.

then today...warmed up with 2000yds slow, then raced a 200 breaststroke at 3:13. hadn't done that race since 1994. was so happy. my dad was there cheering 100 IM at 1:37.62, which is basically what i usually get, so i was happy with that too.

now i'm sitting at my kitchen table, eating sweet and sour meatballs for lunch

back to nyc in a few hours, will be there by 8pm.

i'm playing a good fun concert on tuesday at 7, anyone interested in going, who won't tell my parents what SG is or that i met you there...ask me for details and i'll email you. it's a mostly-sondheim cabaret on the upper west side.

it's a good day.

and i deserve that, no matter what xtx thinks/says
