**Are you tired of all those sissy "friendship" poems that always sound good, but never actually come close to reality? Well, here is a series of promises that really speaks to true friendship:
1. When you are sad - I will help you get drunk and plot revenge against the sorry bastard who made you sad.
2. When you are blue - I will try to dislodge whatever is choking you.
3. When you smile - I will know you finally got laid.
4. When you are scared - I will rag on you about it every chance I get.
5. When you are worried - I will tell you horrible stories about how much worse it could be and to quit whining.
6. When you are confused - I will use little words.
7.When you are sick - Stay the hell away from me until you are well again. I don't want whatever you have.
8. When you fall - I will point and laugh at your clumsy ass.
It might sound a little dark or morbid but it works for me and Crystal <333
"Whats Indie rock!?"
Well my favorite its a commonly used tag for rock music that is produced independently. Starting in the UK, independant rock found popularity in the US around the 1980s. Although it is often thought of as a genre of music, it is in fact not; it is just term of production and distribution of independent underground music. Not yet classified as a genre but seems to be heading that way I think. Some of the subgenres under this title "Indie Rock" include lo-fi, sadcore, C86, math rock, shoegaze/dream pop, jangle pop, indie pop, noise rock, noise pop, riot grrrl, post-hardcore, twee pop, post-punk revival, garage rock revival, dance-punk, indie folk, baroque pop, chillwave, and indietronica. On a side note I accidentally went to a pirate parade today... and no that's not a gay joke. I got a bunch of beads and shit. We should get drunk and dress up as pirates and go next year together. Also I'm getting a new tattoo tomorrow, for my bday on wednesday... I'll upload pics when I get it!
Just saw this blog and your right about love poems (i should know i've had occasion to try to write a few..navel gazing at it's finest. These are not morbid or mean-spirited....they're fucking funny and real friends will appreciate it and love you all the more for them.
