Well I hpoe he gets one for you at least. I had my first at around 20 yrs old and the went until I was 46 to get my second. We have been riding since 2003. Diane has had some health problems for the last few years so we don't get to ride as much as we like but it's paid for so I have no plans on getting rid of it. It really chills me out to ride when I am all wound up. Hoe you get one. BTW, good to hear from you. How's you back?

I like to work it all out of my system with exercise, and you would be surprized at how showing the speed bag and heavy bag some love helps. I like explosive olympic lifts like the snatch and the clean and jerk for working frustrations out, and even though I built a super heavy duty wooden platform in my garage so I can safely dump the weight when needed, I like to drag a small platform out on the beach so I can go nuts and dump the weight anywhere ... or fall without getting hurt.

I get family overload real easy too .... especially this time of the year. 
I live on the beach and I get relatives from 3 or 4 states away just showing up and thinking of crashing at my place, I fucking hate that.
Take it slow with the back, pushing too hard too soon often leads to chronic injuries ... or an extended healing process. Don't ask me how many times it took me to learn that lesson.

Glad to see you back. Been missing you. Take care of that back. Don't know if you have ever tried massage therapy, (I practiced for over 15 years) but it can help with the healing if you can find a really good therapist. Be careful with the workouts, I'm dealing with the same issue right now and having to really train around it. Take care of yourself.

As to the whole Danzig thing, you're not supposed to think about it, silly, it's the internet - where goofiness and inanity are, sometimes, the whole point. I am so happy I have a long weekend. I took today off my job to clean house, get some much needed grocery shopping done and do some office work at my husbands business. Now I have Friday - Monday off. Four whole days of fun!!
