Today I finally decided to switch out the P90X Kenpo workout for my own Hapkido training. The Kenpo workout is great cardio and all but the whole point of using the P90X is to get back into to great physical condition and to support my martial arts training. That being said, it is time to start training again, even if it is only on Saturdays for few months.
I must say it was pretty exciting digging out some of my old training gear. And it felt so damned good to just workout. Even though I spent the whole 20 min. working on just back leg snap kick.

good for you on the P90x and martial arts training. I am hoping to start kick boxing next month (or as soon as my elbow heals up)
