Woohoo I have tomorrow off! No work for this girl. Well not my usual work. Instead I am going to get a few things done around the house then spend some time at my man's business. I told him I wanted to bake him something and he requested Irish soda bread. I just got back form the store with all the goodies. So, tomorrows lunch, home made from scratch Irish soda bread made with real Irish butter, buttermilk and currants. Made in an iron skillet of course. Yep gonna have to use all my daily Carbs for one slice of this bad puppy but its gonna be worth every bite.
