Well, okay its another day but all is good. I have had a ton of family stuff this month, more than usual, so I am worn out, I have had enough of that for a while. Work has been hell the last few weeks but is finally starting to slow down a bit. biggrin

So my back is not healed yet but is feeling better. I have to admit I have been lazy but started a new training program this week. keeping it slow for while but still getting back at it.

I get family overload real easy too .... especially this time of the year. pukemad I live on the beach and I get relatives from 3 or 4 states away just showing up and thinking of crashing at my place, I fucking hate that.shocked

Take it slow with the back, pushing too hard too soon often leads to chronic injuries ... or an extended healing process. Don't ask me how many times it took me to learn that lesson.ooo aaa

Glad to see you back. Been missing you. Take care of that back. Don't know if you have ever tried massage therapy, (I practiced for over 15 years) but it can help with the healing if you can find a really good therapist. Be careful with the workouts, I'm dealing with the same issue right now and having to really train around it. Take care of yourself.
