Well, okay its another day but all is good. I have had a ton of family stuff this month, more than usual, so I am worn out, I have had enough of that for a while. Work has been hell the last few weeks but is finally starting to slow down a bit.
So my back is not healed yet but is feeling better. I have to admit I have been lazy but started a new training program this week. keeping it slow for while but still getting back at it.

Take it slow with the back, pushing too hard too soon often leads to chronic injuries ... or an extended healing process. Don't ask me how many times it took me to learn that lesson.
