Well, pulled out my upper back, again. Hate when that happens. At least loss of motion, a pinched nerve and a half a dozen knots that I can tell of so far. I hate having old injuries that happen to reappear as if by magic and screw everything up.
So, guess I am going to drop the weights for a few weeks to heal. LOL. Time to eat pineapple, get out the Ibuprofen, Ice, massage pillow, etc and fix my back.
On a good note, I can use the time over the next weeks to focus on Cardio and Weight loss. All is good just bumps in the road.
