LOL, Yep, This was definitely a Monday.
Fitness goal updates:
Well not much change the last two weeks. I went up from 60 to 70 full squats. and from 12 to 15 knee push ups. I added Cardio which is working out well. Managed to drop the 4 lbs. I gained over 2 months when I started with the weights and was still able to up my hand weights by 5 lbs. So, life is good not too bad considering how busy the last weeks were and I still managed to work out. My schedule should be better the next two weeks so I am expecting better results next time.
