Starting point, where I am at today:

Flexibility
finger tips 4 inches from floor
splits - lets just say, not there yet :-)

Conditioning
1 min. jumping jacks
100 sit-ups (no decline)
5 push-ups (from Knees)
40 squats (no jump)

- Splits both directions

Conditioning - 5 Min. jumping Jacks
- 100 sit-ups on decline
- 100 push ups
- 100 full squat jumps (knees to chest)
