Sometimes you just need to get it all out! Thats great you are going to start training again in the new year! It's all about slowly easing yourself back in and picking up the pace a little each time until you are back up to full strength! You seem determined so I imagine you can do it no problem!
So here is an update. I had great Thanksgiving with family and friends. Had an even better Birthday. My husband spoiled me all day and my step son baught me a bad ass GPS for my car. And lets not forget the drinking. I actually puked, yes puked hard core.

I have been so busy. I hate being busy. Anyways thought I should put up a new post right quick just so everyone knows I am still around, Ha. This year I am doing Thanksgiving at my house. Keeping it small, maybe 8 people, but still its a lot of work. Really life is good though, so no complaints.

I am the same way I will spend at minimum a year designing a tattoo before I take it to an artist to do the finishing touches. though when I was younger and didn't have as good contacts with tattoo artists I settled for their designs for when they couldn't make mine work and that's the only regret I have about my first two tattoo's
