i've never been intimidated by people - i can roll with the best and worst - and they'll never know i'm not one of them. however, i know when to cut the BS and be myself. i will never live in someone's shadow.
i grew up in a small town but not a stupid town. where i live now...there are people here that have NEVER left this county - true hick-tastic rednecks. i want to force them into a museum or ANYTHING that will open their minds a little, give them the desire to get out and be something. this is not out of contempt but out of my wish to see people with meaning in their lives.
what is the meaning of my life? to never stop chasing my dreams. even if they change overnight i'll go after them. what are my dreams even? i'm basically standing here with open hands waiting for something to present itself to me. i want to be a student of life, i never want to stop learning - knowledge is power, after all. there's no point in dying with regret. so, my dreams are to never STOP dreaming, creating, doing, etc.
this is where i thank the assholes of the past for teaching me how to beat them at their own game, and thanks to those who cared about me so i'd have the right tools to live life fully.
