they closed my flight 30 minutes early and wouldn't let anyone through security even though i printed my boarding passes at home and didn't have any luggage to check.
WTF.
i didn't know what to do because they wanted $250 from me to leave an hour later!!? i've only missed one flight in my LIFE and they just put me on the next one!
there were like 15 people standing there just like me like "well. ok. guess i'm not going ANYWHERE."
