Hey, thanks for doing the job you do. It may be stressful,  but people out there are so happy you do it! Ok, that being said, I always recomend John Carpenter's The Thing (the one from the early 80's), it's an incredibly good movie, and a fantastic horror film! Sounds like you are well on the way to your 3rd goal, support work is a noble profession and if you hit your first goal of teaching assistant at a special school you will be helping so many people and teaching is a much more stable job.I imagine your family are very proud of you too!

I'm sorry to read this. Making friends ive found gets harder the older you get. I can be pretty anti social myself and for the most part I'm ok sitting at home all by myself but it is nice to get out once in a while for a drink with a friend. Whilst it's not something I've ever done as I'm also quite shy and anxious around new people, you could try finding meetups in your local area for people into similar interests. Quite often there's groups like that around if you search. I hope you're OK. If you ever need to talk shoot me a message ❤

I know this feeling well! I moved away from my home town in my early 20’s to be with a girl I met online. We had been dating for a few years and things went well at first.. then we got into financial problems and had to move in with her parents which was even further away from home. Anyway a few years had gone by and I eventually moved back to my home town. I got work quickly but it involved travel and long hours so I had very limited time to socialise. Eventually I lost touch with all my friends and now never see anyone other than the occasional “like” on social media. It’s hard work but I find that losing myself in a TV show or playing computer games distracts me and if I’m honest recently I dread social gatherings and making an effort to meet people.

Wedding

Today should have been one of my happiest days of my life, i should be married now.

My in laws got this for hubby and i :) it's such a shame when plans don't go ahead. Trying to think of the positives, next year we will get married!
