Today was really cool.
I spent 2 hours in a junkyard in Weld County looking for license plates. I collect license plates. New, old, foreign, stolen, maybe yours, I don't care. I came home with about 25 new ones. I have over 500. All states, most provinces, a few from Mexico and beyond.
The cool thing today was that all the old cars were under 6" of snow. It was very peaceful. A great place to be alone. I saw my old Rabbit (not mine, but someone's), my old air-cooled Vanagon, the old family Chevy Citation, and hundreds of cars that used to be part of someone's life. Now just collecting snow and dust and rust.
I plan to go back next time it snows.
Oh, and the Avalanche beat the Red Wings tonight.

actually dollface was telling me about some suicide footage she saw, and i guess the guys were thoroughly coked up, and doing their rock'n'roll duty.
i'd love to see vega writhing on the floor though.. the idea of it kind of reminds me of throbbing gristle. their pre-TG art show "coum transmissions".
