I get asked "aren't you afraid of bulking up too much by lifting weights?" ALL THE TIME.
No, I'm not afraid of looking like an amazon because I don't live at the gym. Whoever wants to have bulky muscles, great. All the power to you. But you WILL NOT wake up one day looking bulky because you've been lifting weights 5 times a week for a couple months.
People work HARD to get bulky. I'm talking 2-3 times a day going to the gym and having a VERY strict diet (Let's not forget being on 'roids too). Lifting weights 5 times a week, high intensity cardio 4 times a week, and eating moderately clean works just fine for me. And I lift my max at the gym all the time, and always strive to go heavier than last time.
So please, DO NOT BE AFRAID OF LIFTING WEIGHTS GIRLS. You won't wake up one day with muscles the size of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.
Goodnight
