I had such a nice holiday type weekend with my kids and family. I wasnt ready for it to end. But it had to, back to the grind tonight. I just love being a mom. I have such a special bond with my boys. Raising them on my own is challenging but they are beyond worth it. They are my reason to get up every day and to work hard, and to want to be a better human. I cannot wait to see them on Christmas morning. It is just about my favorite day of the year. I may be alone and sometimes that makes me sad or lonely feeling, but I am so blessed. I am surrounded by love and family who depends on me and believes in me. I have so many people who support and encourage me in life, and that is a true gift.
