So my friend, Heather and her two friends arrived here on V-day. We've been catching up and having a blast.
Her and her girls took off today to drive up to Cork and Gallway to visit a B and B and I think maybe to meet some boys they met online.
They will be back tomorrow evening. We spent yesterday in Dublin showing them around and one of the girls lost her passport in a public potty.
She found it a couple hours later~ after re-tracing their steps. These girls are so great! I really love Heathers choice in friends.
We're going to show them around Dublin more when they get back. I think we're gonna do some more tours. Seans been to the Jameson factory. I like Irish Wiskey. Jamesons is filtered three times or some shit like that~ it's the smoothest wiskey in the world. I've been on the Guinness tour~ It's a good time and they give you a pint at the end.
We might take one of those Viking Splash tours! I've been wanting to do it for awhile. When we were waiting at one of the Dublin Tour bus stops~ a viking boat/bus thing drove by and they all roared at us. It was a hoot cuz they did it in unison. (you had to be there) It was great. We all started yelling back- but nothing like the roar they all gave us. We read later that they are encouraged to roar at rival tour groups.
It's nice seeing Ireland with a new perspective and fresh eyes. I have been feeling so sorry for myself lately. The girls seem so excited and happy to be here. Why can't I always be like that? I usually fucking hate bing here unless we are traveling and staying in B n Bs and seeing the countryside.
I'm sick of this doom and gloom shit. The dark cloud that's been hanging over me for the last week or two is definately starting to lift. I think now~ I can change my profile pic.
Oh~Sean bought yet another Camera. 3rd one this year. This one is sooooo nice. I love it. I hope he teaches me how to use it. It's not a digi~cam. It's a nice ass 35 mm. The kind with a nice ass lens n all that jazz. He has one in the states that he used when we first got together. We also have another nice 35 mm camera that he bought for me 8 or 9 years ago, but mine doesnt have the nice lense thingy. My only priority at the time was~for him to buy me one that had a red-eye reduction knobbie thing. So I could take pics without the red-eye.
I'm so technical~ huh? I'm trying to count up how many cameras we own as a household now. Alot.
I like digicams better cuz I suck at remembering to take my film in. I seriously take it in one big ass ziplock bag full~ once a year or so. I suck.

i have several rolls of film and some disposable cameras i should take in and get developed.

sorry you didn't think your lasagna was good, i'm sure it was quite tasty - the girls wouldn't just eat it and love it if not. besides, ayurvedic principle, you made it with love, thus it was wonderful and delicious.

I was in Dublin once..it was beautiful and the Guiness was way better than anywhere else I have drunk it.
