So like we ate at TGIF's last night right?
It's gonna be a 45 minute wait so they ask us if we want to sit at the bar.
With the kids? Um yeah.
OOPS. My bad! I keep forgetting that it's cool to take your kids to the PUB here. Silly me.
Okay...so we get up there and theres a 10/11 year old standing at the bar talking to the bartender. I told Sean that's like totally alien to me.
(although I can remember going to bars when I was that age and knowing the bartenders) He looks over at the kid and goes....."Shit...in Ireland I've had people younger than that serve me. I usually ask to see some ID." Then he started laughing and so did I.
Geez what a weird night.
Our waiter at Fridays had the dreamiest accent. (I think Irish accents are overrated generally.) You know Heath Ledger in Ned Kelly? His fake Irish accent was this guys real accent and it sounded just like him.
Anyway........I'm surprised we went to TGIF's. We rarely go out anymore. Eating out in Dublin costs a grip.
It's 8 AM. *thinking* I think I'll make some coffee.

we actually get our toilet re installed in the downstairs bathroom tomorrow.
i just burped in my drink and it was disgusting.
