Tomorrow FEMA will do a WEA (Wireless Emergency Alerts) test, that may cause cellphones to make noise. If you, or you know of someone, who is hiding a phone form an abuser, tell them to turn off/silence their phone off tomorrow before the test!
According to this press release the test will begin at approx 2:20 PM ET The test will last for about 30 minutes, at which point hidden devices can be switched back on.
