So anybody know any get rich quick schemes? Cause I sure could use some! I'm negative in the bank account, and about to go sell back my books for school even though my finals aren't for another two weeks. Shit ass!! Hah, oh well... this too shall pass and everything will be okay. But it just sucks in the meantime!

Anyways, besides money and school being lame everything else has been pretty awesome.
I love my apartment. It's the best. I'm really sad about leaving in a month. The Purple Party Porch is going to be extremely missed. It's right on main street in downtown Kent, less then a block from the bars. So I just get to relax on the porch, watch the masses of people stroll down the road, and everyone just comes to me since I'm right there. It's the best!! Non-stop goodtimes.
Thursday night was Miss Mallory's 22nd birthday. I had people over my place before everyone headed down to the bars. It was a really nice time. I have some pretty amazing friends. Its funny how I always end up not drinking when I have large quantities of people over, or I know I'm going out. I think it's better that way though, I like being in control of what's going on. And even though I'm not tipsy, the majority of people are and it's just as entertaining as if I were! I just get to remember everything and not wake up with a hangover! But don't get me wrong, I love kickin' back with a few friends in the octagon room and drinkin a few GOOD beers.
Friday was as equally nice. Jessie Pea and I went on a date to the student art show at the Cleveland Institute of Art because our friend is a fabrics major there. It was FABULOUS! And extremely motivating. It made me want to go to a real art school so bad. I'm on my last nerve with Kent, or maybe it's the people here, or really just the art program. Everyone has something to prove, or just something really large up there ass. I haven't completely pin-pointed it yet. Everyone at CIA was so nice, and so happy to be there. But either way, I'm getting out!! I CANNOT wait to be in London this coming fall.
Backtracking a bit... before we went to the art show we visited Mal at Saks where she works. Jessie and I wondered around for a bit and a sales associate at one of the stores came up to us and said "You look like those girls in LA ink that they tattoo on people." Hah, it made me happy. I also tried on the love of my life, aka my blue Burberry trench coat. I saw it when I was in New York last month and I knew we were meant to be. It's only a matter of time until we are united again and walking the streets of London together.
Back to the art show... On our way up the elevator I saw a boy I want to (fake) high school with, it made me pretty happy. His friend told me he wanted to take a picture of me so he could draw it because I looked like a 1950's pin-up :-) After my spirits being completely lifted by wondering around the CIA art building and exploring everyone's work spaces Jessie and I ended our date with the Silver Spartan; which is a cute little diner.
After all this we came back to Kent-land and hung out on the porch since it was beautiful outside. People came and went, which is always fun. Mal and I took at stop down by the bars, and saw a few more people. Then everyone went their separate ways and I made my way back home. Only to hear a knock on it not too long after. Some more friends from a printmaking class stopped by, hung out, and then two of them left leaving me and another kid to our lonesome. After talking for awhile he looked at me and said "Hey Elisabeth, how do you feel about casual making out?" Ha, of course I declined because I have a huge crush on someone... Who's ex-girlfriend walked by earlier and gave my friends a lighter on the way down the road with her new boytoy (that Mal happens to have a crush on). Small world, well not really, it is Kent. But I just found it all extremely awkward, hilarious, and perfect ending to these past few days.
Ha, I am the ultimate procrastinator. I just wrote a novel instead of cleaning the apartment.
Oh my life.
you've got the most breathtaking tattoos i've seen in a very long time.
