If I would have not been wearing earplugs last night, my ears would be ringing for at least a week. Good times.
Last night was only the third time in my life that my EYELASHES have ever vibrated, the music was that loud and evil.
These guys make some of the darkest music, and are entirely unassuming blokes. However last night, they were fucking rockstars. I told them, "The way the crowd was all over you guys, you would think that God came onstage to take a shit on Elvis or something." Yeah, I'm weird, but phear would have told you the same thing. I think he had a good birthday, at least what he remembers of it.
I had fun, it was well worth it, but I took a power nap for an hour before going out, so that buffered any supertiredness I might have had today. Met some very interesting people as well, and there's this one guy who I've met 8 times now, he's been doing this since 1998 or so. Never remembers me, haha.

i remember seeing metal shop at the viper room and from day one i had the biggest crush on him.
he's also the singer of atomic punks.
