Black leather. 6+". And I am their proud new owner. I'd not found anything remotely worthy of a shoegasm in quite some time. 
So the weekend. Party went well. The birthday girl was given CD's by Muse, White Stripes, and Modest Mouse. Birthday guy was given the Fight Club DVD special edition.
I think that's the last time I will see so many old friends gathered in one place. Two friends have an 8 month old (who had crazy blue eyes reminiscent of most everyone in Dune). Many other friends are too busy with work to come out at all, so they made rare appearances. Two people didn't recognize me and tried to introduce themselves to me before the shock commenced (in a good way, I think).

friday night i got drunk. saturday morning i ordered pizza w/ my mom and sorted through stuff in my jammies i'm packing for her to take to keep at her house. saturday afternoon i went to see fahrenheit 9/11, then smoked some pot and exchanged naughty glances with the hotttt police officer picking up sushi at the grocery store. sunday was girl's potluck brunch at Octavia's. overall a damn fine weekend.
