In the midst of another bout of insomnia.
When most of the world is asleep, I come into my own. While the rest of the humanity has their alarm clock set for 5-7:30am, I'm having the most intense and detailed dreams. At least some of the time. It's always been like this, and I nearly repeated 10th grade because I could never for the life of me, attend my first class.
I rarely wake up before 10am, and my ideal schedule would be sleeping from 3am-10am, which I've been able to accomplish very recently.
There's a restlessness within my soul, yet I was wondering the other day if this life is at all unique. Yes I know that we are special snowflakes and whatever, but sometimes I feel as if it's deja vu, only it's not REALLY deja vu, per se.
Perhaps I feel that many things in this life are futile, have been done before, will be endlessly repeated, and yet we must endure them anyhow. I'm talking about the mistakes of humanity, the stench of paradise beckoning us all to consume, pillage, plunder, and dishonor ourselves and everything that we are a part of. I've not figured out yet exactly what the end result may be with all that I've experienced, but now I'm sure that it will be positive.
So yeah. How are you and what are your plans for the weekend?

Did you see Dirty Pretty Things yet. The main character is this guy who has to work two job and never sleeps. It's a great flick. I stay up late too. I find though that while everyone else is asleep I can get a lot done. Kinda of like the army, "we do more befoer 9am, than most people do all day." andyway stop by and say hey sometime. Peace - Jase
