I am feeling good today because I am on my workout program. I have found that if I have a week or so pre-planned of what I want to get done that I tend to stick to it. Instead of playing it by ear, or instead of saying I will get 3 days in this week and not write down the days I want to go or what I want to get done on those days. So life seems to be good, not great not bad or average but good. I really love the friends I have made on here and that night that I was talking about in my last blog Timber was a kick ass halloween party I went to.
