My first dog I've ever owned got diagnosed with cancer last week. She went into surgery to get the cancer out, but I guess it's the most aggressive cancer a dog can have. She has burst blood vessels in her hind legs because apparently the cancer is attacking all her healthy cells and causing chaos. I really don't think it's hit me yet that she will be gone within a week most likely. The doctor said she will be lucky to make it that long. She is showing all the signs of a healthy dog...but it just makes me think it's the rise before the fall. She is the best dog I've ever owned or will own in my life.
