So that friend I was looking for? Well, it was her. She called me the day after I called her. It was like we had just talked. Ya know? I love that about her. no matter how long its been its like no time has passed since we've talked.
I'm picking up my nephew today. I've missed him SO MUCH. I didn't see him for YEARS until my wedding. ::Sigh:: his biological dad took him away from his mom (my sister-in-law) because she is a lameass tweaker. My brother had been there since before he was born but has no rights. But his dad apparently has his officially out of his ass enough to let us visit with him. I don't know what we're going to do though... I was thinking of spending some time out at the pool. Maybe going to the park or something. ::shrug::

no matter how old they are, boys seem to like being fed and doing things that make noise or get them dirty. my nephew loves those water gun things - kinda like cannons and then the permission to hose down adults it almost more delightful than he can stand.
