Went to the chiropractor yesterday. He said my muscles are so filled with fibrosis (sp?), similar to very cheap meat in a grocery store. All tough. He gave me validation about the not being able to get up and do things too much.. he said I just need to alternate active, inactive, active, inactive through out the day. Short periods and such. Once again, he said my shoulder blades were virtually immobile. All in all I got nicely lectured for not coming into a chiropractor sooner. So far they're planning on doing Chiropractic care and Physical therapy. Yippy skippy, eh? Fuck, whatever makes me feel better.

Also, luck of the draw... he was the first Chiropractor I called..... happens to also be a Naturopathic doctor.. FUCKING COOL!!!
