My boss calls me 10 minutes ago to tell me she forgot to tell everyone else that she was cancelling our 9 o clock sales meeting. Me: "There was a sales meeting? I must've missed that."
She called so late that the people who didn't know it was cancelled and knew it existed (which is so sad because this is the meeting I wind up running) have already left.
So I get to go take them to breakfast.
