I had fun at Switch last night... Here's a picture:
I.
I.
I do not want to talk about my life because I like to pretend it hasn't happened.
I am desperately in need of something to fill the hole in my soul which has overtaken.me.
I have lost my flow as I've looked to swallow happiness two times a day and emptied my life into a hideous bowl that sits on the windowsill.
They say eyes are the window to the soul and mine are hollow pools of discontent.
The beat of drummers I once marched to has turned into the hollow resounding pound of a headache I have held for 43 days and 27 nights.
Nights that I refuse to remember.
I am starting to release the truth to those who cannot see the pain behind the front of a child so wild intervention is almost necessary.
I realize my fears control me
I look for redemption in tiny things and large realities.
Redemption has failed me and success has lost me.
I do not wish for anything more than
two cups of tea and a blanket
curled up on this cool autumn night.

'a hideous bowl that sits on the windowsill' - I don't like the sound of that...
And, ooh, I bet it is cold in Michigan this time of year. I was in my shirt sleeves over here this afternoon. This is not normal for the UK in mid-October, i assure you.
