Sorry I missed you the other day, too skint for words. Yes, vanilla shakes, wonderful, except in Japan where they always turn out to be banana. Ba-ni-ra, Ba-na-na, it's a tricky one.

My first ever job was working in Burger King and my friend and I constantly used to pour ourselves vanilla milk shakes and then glug them before the manager appeared. Strangely, I lost weight!

I love vanilla shake but I don't recommend the SlimFast variety!
