Yay! Spring break in Seattle!
It feels so good to spend time doing NOTHING! Well, not nothing... I've been spending time with family and friends, reading, shopping, taking walks, knitting, arting and crafiting, and sleeping in of course!
I got to spend some much needed time with Sinovia and see her and Fu Manchu's new loft space for the first time. Loved it! We drank wine and looked out her gigantic windows at the Seattle skyline talking about life. What a beautiful time we had!
Last night I went to see Toots and the Maytals at the Showbox with another girlfriend. We made friends with a couple of super-cute
, super-young
boys and their joint and danced our asses off! Everytime I go dancing I always think to myself I should go more often because it's so much fun and such a good way to release negative energy.
And then... Tomorrow I have a hair appt at a swank downtown salon and then meeting yet another girlfriend for mani-pedi's and a tour of the new(ish) Seattle Library that all my architecture buds have been talking up.
Tonight is a special family dinner - My life is good and I'm a lucky girl.

Over this, I shouldn't complain. But over the slow demise of The Big One, I could go on for hours.
Like you, I intend on going out, living it up, and letting it go.
