I gave my presentation on courtyard housing today and it went fine. But why do I still get nervous speaking in public? I've been giving regular presentations for 3 years and my voice still shakes for the first few sentences. its annoying. But I feel really good today - I always feel kinda high after a presentation - wierd.
Also - i got a new journal yesterday. I've been frustrated with certain aspects of my life lately and feel like i need to get to know myself again. So maybe writing my feelings down will help. I'm also planning on keeping a food diary to force myself to pay more attention to what I'm eating. Also signed up for a yoga class next quarter so I'm super excited about that I broke my ankle a few months ago and haven't been able to excercise as much as I would like so I want to change that soon too.
