Wow and I thought moving out to the East Bay was going to be a step up from this little whole in the wall over here. Plans were to be out there by July...but recent events (that seem to parallel your list above) are going to slow things down a bit. There are so many changes happening right now...don't feel like you are alone in everything...I would say a good 75%-85% of the people I talk to on a regular basis are feeling the way you are right now.
