5 good things about today:
1) got a haircut last night, and woke up this morning with fantastically sexy bedhead.
2) i went to get a coffee from the cafe around the corner and the owner tossed me a free pastry as i was heading out the door. (maybe it was the bedhead...)
3) got a ride to the city from my secret lab partner...she was waiting outside of my place for me - engine running - her sexy grin half-cocked and pointing straight at me. (oh, if we'd only had more time...)
4) i got tattooed today! sitting #3 - only one more to go! bye-bye, fierce squirrell - hello tiger!
5) i'm sitting at my computer, drinking a beer in the warm afternoon sunlight... with nothing on but a bandage and a smile.

...and to top it all off, i have the whole afternoon free to do as i please -- and i plan to spend it in my studio. i've been too busy to work on my songs for days on end now...and i'l brimming with ideas.
now, if it were a perfect day, i'd be spending tonight with ___, spread out across my kitchen floor - lapping at the honey that's dripping slowly down past the small of her back...refining position #100603 - but we can't have everything all of the time.
...or can we?

I can't wait to start painting. It's always the experimental, messy techniques that get my engine revving.
P.S. Have you noticed that even for a post as sexually -UNcharged as this one (for once) actually is, it STILL sounds of sex?
