what i DID NOT like was the design of the box set.
i don't like when bands do that.
well, the velvet underground did it really well.
but you better have a GOOD reason to scrap the orig. album art.
good reason does not mean a general theme.

you absolutely must go check out the clifton cafe (if you make it out of the hotel room)
you should walk there....it's on broadway (i think between 6th & 7th) trust me, it's amazing...a hidden LA gem...and then walk down to the super cute french restaurant on main st....(i think near 8th) it's like europe, on one of those funny euro corners. and they're nice. -even though they're french.

hockey is cool. one of the few sports i like.

things are going good. i'm currently typing this on my sweet new laptop-p4, 512, 802.11b, ms office, all the trimmings. woohoo! life is most excellent right now!

I have to return the sentiment, you are one of my very favorite people on this website.

I haven't met a woman who's making me all sunny, but I began to work out again and I feel really good and things are starting to fall in place for me to transfer and finish my law school adventure.

I'm glad to hear you're in good spirits, it is contagious.

Wow, what to do first in L.A. That's a tough one, she's such a beautiful city. First and I mean before anything, you're gonna' wanna' wrap your arms around her and take all she has to offer, you'll head deep into the heart of the city and make a stop at Wacko's bookstore and get ya' self a brankd spankin' new copy of Franny and Zooey! What else is on the agenda you ask? Well, you'll probably want to find a place to lay your pretty little head down and find a cozy little cutie to cuddle up with. Sound hard? I am sure you can lasso up one with ease. I guarantee you will never wanna' leave!

2p.m.(!) I am only forgiving you because you think I get up at noon. hehe. Actually I got tricked into getting up early. I thought it was 10:30 and it was really 9:30! Now I am doomed to walk the earth today half asleep. I can't believe the journal entries either today. Oh, that's right it is Veteran's day. Tuesday holiday, so strange. I am gonna' leave the house for awhile today only to get over the shock that you are far away at work. I will rush back home by 5-ish to receive my much awaited plethora of love notes.
