I brought my friend and her newest "love" and he only tried sushi once.
I was so embarassed because this is a small place and the chefs are right in front of you. I understand that he was a bit scared to try things, but don't act stupid and insulting! He didn't even try to learn how to use chopsticks. He used them like a child and would react to things in an "Eww what's that?" kinda attitude. These guys love what they do and they treat it like and art form. Show some respect and puke when you get home!

yeh, that does sound rather rude, some people can be such babies about new foods.
sounds like my brother, he just gets in a huff if you even show him new food.
