I can now finally say that I am in the best shape I have ever been!! I still have lots of work to do, but I feel great!! I did this new TNT Cardio class this morning, and wasn't tired at all!! I was ready for more!

That's it!! I am becoming selabit!!!

Today, I found my beloved dog Bear lying dead in the back yard with the side gate open. The vet told us he was shot in the jugular. When I found him there was no pool of blood. Our neighbor said he got out (which is impossible) she honked her car horn so "whoever was home could hear it and see that he got out"...
