Sun Goes Down

"The Sun Goes Down"

There is a demon among us whose soul belongs in hell
Sent here to redeem us, she knows it all to well
He comes and goes, he comes and goes, she knows it all too well
But when all is said and done
The sun goes down

She tries her best to leave him, but she is still captured by his...

Strife-> angry discord, disagreement a form of separation. Can anyone seriously imagine a world without strife?

Individuation and personal evolution requires strife... with others and often within the self. While I can understand and empathize with those

that dream of a utopian world where there is not conflict, I really don't think that they truly think it through?

Take sex for example, though we like...

Food For Thought----

There's a Zen koan (philosophical riddle) "What is the sound of one hand clapping?" It's intended to stump you and stop your mind from babbling really. I posted this to a blog. But I find it so true right now, thought I'd share.

Came across this quote. And it's too good not to share.

Be courteous to all, but intimate with few, and let those few be well
tried before you give them your confidence. True friendship is a plant
of slow growth, and must undergo and withstand the shocks of
adversity before it is entitled to the appellation.
