I went out last night to a Halloween thing my friend was hosting. I don't usually go out because I'm lame and old and I don't fucking like people. Last year I was asked to be a go-go dancer at the same event, but I talked to the guy and he told me that he wouldn't pay me but he'd give me free alcohol so that I could "express myself freely". I don't drink and I thought the guy might be offended if I expressed myself freely so I didn't do it and I didn't go.
This year I got some crazed notion that I would have fun and so I threw on my crinoline and went. Ok - so, like, I really hate the whole sexy Halloween thing (and I totally understand the irony of saying this when I went Little Red Riding Hood) but lots of ladies were dressed as hookers - which is not a fucking outfit. Next year I'm gonna wear one of these. Actually I'm not gonna go next year. I'm not leaving the house past 10 pm ever again.
