. . . Buying a house is a complete pain in the ass! Our USDA loan fell through because we had done a debt settlement after Troll's accident so even though everything is paid, it shows that there were items in collections less than 12 months ago. Sooo... now I'm rushing around like a mad woman getting all the same paperwork done to go through FHA. Sucks since we're going to have to put down $10,000 now instead of just paying closing costs. UGH!
This better work or I'm going to lose my mind! All this effort for this amazing home just to have it fall through in the end! Better NOT!
