Paypal should refund your money as he is required to ship the item with delivery confirmation. If he does not, you will get your money back, it takes time for them to do the research. He has 10 days to respond to the complaint, and then they take up to 60 days to figure it out. They say less but that is baloney.
I would check to see if he is still selling on ebay and accepting paypal, if he is, then chances if they find in your favor the next time he has the money in his account they will grab it or charge his credit card on file.

Well I purchased some Uristat and some cranberry juice but for once it just wasnt helping. It spread to my kidneys too fast so I had to go into the ER to get it taken care of.
